NEENAH, Wis. (September 12, 2023) – Shailesh Jha has joined Menasha Corporation as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He will lead the company’s global information technology (IT) organization. With an extensive background in ERP/Digital transformations, supply chain and manufacturing system improvements, and business intelligence deployments, Shailesh brings a wealth of global IT experience in the manufacturing sector, spanning 27 years, to Menasha Corporation. He has spent the last 16 years at Regal Rexnord Corporation located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he progressed through the organization and most recently held the role of VP, IT Business Application and Segment IT Leader for a $5 billion operating unit within Regal Rexnord. Prior to that, Shailesh worked at GE Healthcare in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. Shailesh earned a master’s in computer science from Pune University in India, and a bachelor’s in science from Delhi University in Mumbai.
