Menasha Corporation Purchases Warehouses Adjacent To Current Bergstrom Road Facility

Menasha Corporation announced today that it has acquired the 179,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse site at 1655 Bergstrom Road, Neenah, from P.H. Glatfelter Company. It is located just southwest of the Highway 41 exit at Breezewood/Bell Street.

The warehouse is attached to an office building that houses Menasha Corporation's shared services unit, Menasha Advantage, and is adjacent to its corporate office and the Menasha Packaging office and manufacturing facility.

"We are currently evaluating our options for the property," said Jim Sarosiek, executive vice president and chief administrative officer, "which include transitioning some of our leased warehouse space to this company-owned facility, leasing out a portion of available office space, or placing the entire 39-acre property for sale."

Menasha Corporation is based in Neenah, Wis. Established in 1849, it is one of America's largest privately held manufacturing companies and specializes in corrugated packaging and high-quality Point-of-Purchase displays, plastic returnable packaging and returnable material handling services, in-store consumer promotion, and pharmaceutical labeling and packaging.
