Menasha Corporation Moves Ahead With Focus On People, Development

Menasha Corporation has hired Glenn Selius as human resources and compensation manager as part of the company's renewed focus on developing new strategic human resources and personnel development programs and policies.

Selius will develop and implement Menasha Corporation-wide policies and programs concerning compensation, salary administration, employee relations, recruitment and selection. He will report to Ralph Evans, who was recently named as vice president of human resources, Menasha Corporation and Menasha Packaging Company.

Selius, a Certified Compensation Professional, was previously the director of compensation and retirement programs for Green Bay-based Schreiber Foods, the world's largest privately held cheese company, and senior manager compensation for OfficeMax, Inc.
