Chairman, President And CEO Of Oshkosh Truck Brings New Experience To Board, Will Assist With Strategic Focus Of Corporation And Growth Strategy

Robert G. Bohn, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Oshkosh Truck Corporation (NYSE: OSK), has been elected to the board of directors of Menasha Corporation effective Dec. 1, 2005.

Bohn, 52, was appointed CEO of Oshkosh Truck in October 1997 and chairman in January 2000. Under Bohn's leadership, Oshkosh Truck has grown from $683.2 million in fiscal 1997 revenues to $2.96 billion in fiscal 2005 revenues. In addition, he led the corporation's successful diversification from a distinctly defense-focused organization to a company that is broadly diversified in a wide spectrum of specialty truck and truck body markets with the integration of 12 acquisitions.
