James M. Kotek
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kotek was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2009. He joined Menasha Corporation in 1991 and held a variety of financial, marketing, manufacturing and management positions at ORBIS Corporation before being promoted to President of the business unit in 2004. Mr. Kotek was with Arthur Andersen & Co. before joining Menasha.


Thomas M. Rettler
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rettler joined Menasha Corporation in 2008. Prior to joining Menasha, Mr. Rettler was Chief Financial Officer of Gehl Company. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of WICOR Industries, Inc. and held executive positions in finance at Sta-Rite Industries, Inc. and WICOR, Inc. Mr. Rettler began his career on the audit staff of KPMG.


William F. Ash
President, ORBIS Corporation

Mr. Ash was appointed President of ORBIS Corporation in September 2009. He joined ORBIS in 2003 and had been Vice President of Finance since 2004. Mr. Ash also held positions at CHN Global (formerly Case Corporation) and Ford Motor Company.


Mark P. Fogarty
Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Fogarty rejoined Menasha Corporation as General Counsel in 2006. He previously was Corporate Counsel from 1994 to 1997. In the interim, Mr. Fogarty was employed by Kimberly-Clark Corporation, including as International Counsel in Europe. He began his legal career at the law firm Foley & Lardner after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center.


Denise S. Starcher
Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Starcher joined Menasha Corporation in 2017. Prior to joining Menasha, Ms. Starcher was Global Vice President of Human Resources at ASCO Power Technologies, a division of Emerson Electric. She also served as Vice President of HR for Emerson’s Caribbean and Latin American operations and held positions at Prenova, Inc. and Utilipro, Inc.


Michael K. Waite
President, Menasha Packaging Company, LLC

Mr. Waite was named President of Menasha Packaging in 2003. He joined Menasha Packaging in 1981 and held a number of successive positions before being named President of the business unit.
